A Boostly alternative, if you want the site without the course.
Boostly and No Effort Rentals both build the site for you. The difference is what comes around it: Boostly bundles coaching, a community and marketing tools, sits on top of your PMS and costs about $1,200 a year. We build the site, with its own booking engine, for $149.
The short answer
Choose Boostly if you want to be coached into a direct booking business: training, live calls, a community of hosts and marketing tools, plus a site built for you, and you already run a PMS.
Choose No Effort Rentals if you want the site itself, with its booking engine, done for you at a yearly price, and you will handle your own marketing or keep it simple.
What Boostly sells
Boostly (boostly.co.uk, not to be confused with Boostly.com, a restaurant SMS company) builds a custom WordPress website, live in about 30 to 35 days by its own pages. Around it come a CRM, AI agents, more than 80 hours of training in its academy, twice-weekly coaching calls and a private community of over 2,000 hosts.
Its pricing is not on its home page, which offers a free call. Other official Boostly pages state $97 a month, cancel any time, plus a one-time setup fee. The site plugs into your property management system; Boostly lists Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez, Lodgify and Hospitable among the 27+ it works with, and its terms say the PMS is your responsibility.
