Terms of service

Who we are

These terms cover the No Effort Rentals service, provided by Bytelegion OÜ, registry code 16905507, Männimäe/1, Pudisoo küla, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond, 74626 Estonia (“we”, “us”). By starting a free trial or a paid plan you (“you”, the host) agree to them.

1. What we provide

We build, host and maintain a direct-booking website for your short-term rentals, on the plan you choose (One place, Up to five, Agency). The yearly price includes hosting, the booking engine, calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com, one domain registered by us on your behalf, email on that domain, updates, backups and support by email.

Bookings and payments are made between you and your guests. Guest payments go straight to your own Stripe account: we never hold your guests’ money and we take no commission on bookings. You are responsible for your listings, prices, house rules, taxes, licenses and for complying with the laws that apply to short-term rentals where your homes are.

2. Free trial

One place and Up to five start with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing. If you don’t, your first yearly payment is taken on the last day of the trial. We email you three days before.

During the trial your site runs on a temporary address; your own domain is connected after the first payment.

3. Price, billing and renewal

Plans are billed once a year, in advance, in the currency shown when you subscribed (US dollars, or euros including VAT on the Italian pages). Your plan renews automatically every year at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before your renewal.

Discounts from partner or affiliate links apply to the first year only.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time, in a couple of clicks, from noeffortrentals.com/manage, or by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@noeffortrentals.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your site stays online until the end of the year you have paid for.

The 30-day free trial is your time to decide, so the first yearly payment is not refundable. Within 14 days of a renewal charge you can ask for a full refund of that charge. Otherwise payments are not refundable and we don’t refund partial years.

5. When the service ends

When your plan ends, the site goes offline. For 30 days after that you can ask us for an export of your content (texts, photos) and your booking history, after which we delete them, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices).

If we registered the domain for you, we transfer it to you free of charge on request, or you can keep paying for it on its own. If we hear nothing, it is left to expire at the end of its registration period.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the texts, photos and other content you give us, and you confirm you are allowed to use them. You allow us to use them to build and run your site. We may show your site as an example of our work, unless you tell us not to.

7. Acceptable use

You won’t use the site for anything unlawful, for rentals you are not allowed to offer, or to mislead guests. We can suspend a site that breaks this rule after telling you why, or immediately if the law requires it.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep your site online and your calendars in sync, but we can’t promise the service will never be interrupted, and calendar sync depends on Airbnb and Booking.com. Keep your platform listings as your main source of truth for availability.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before it applies; it applies from your next renewal.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: hello@noeffortrentals.com.
